Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in automation engineering or similar technical roles.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python Java Shell or Bash.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Robot Framework Ansible Jenkins).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git SVN).
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and infrastructure automation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on automation improvements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Puppet Chef Ansible) is a plus.
Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems is advantageous.
Requirements
Design develop and maintain automated processes and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Work with crossfunctional teams (Development QA Operations) to identify areas for automation.
Automate repetitive tasks such as deployments testing and configuration management.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures ensuring reliability and accuracy in automated workflows.
Create maintain and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Integrate automation tools into cloud and onpremise environments for scalability and efficiency.
Maintain and update automated test scripts and deployment workflows as required.
Provide ongoing support for automation frameworks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
Monitor automated processes and workflows to ensure they are functioning properly and take corrective action when necessary.
Continuously evaluate new automation tools techniques and technologies to drive innovation.
Produce detailed documentation of automation processes tools and workflows for internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure proper integration of automation into existing systems.
