Job Description

Real Estate Executive
The Real Estate Executive role is vital to the success of our organization particularly in the dynamic and fastpaced Mumbai market. This position requires a proactive and driven individual passionate about real estate and client satisfaction. As a Real Estate Executive you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions building client relationships and understanding market trends. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record in property transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools.
  • Customercentric approach with problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid real estate license preferred.
  • Knowledge of property investment principles.
  • Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship management.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
