Staff Nurse RGN/RMN
Hours: Day Shifts 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 20.80
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
Our client a nursing home is looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their team on day shifts. As a clinical leader within the home the successful candidate will provide expert guidance to the care team and oversee all aspects of clinical governance. This includes monitoring care plans and medication administration to ensure the highest standard of care is consistently delivered.

- Qualified Registered General Nurse (Adult) or Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration
- Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory standards
- Proven leadership and teamworking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership support and guidance to care staff
- Oversee and maintain standards in all aspects of clinical governance
- Monitor and review care plans and medication administration
- Deliver and support training and development of team members
- Ensure the provision of highquality personcentred care
- Administer and manage medications in accordance with policy
- Maintain clear and effective communication across the multidisciplinary team
- Apply and uphold all relevant regulatory frameworks including MCA and DoLS
