Job Description

This position plays a key role in financial modeling valuation analysis and strategic decisionmaking to support conversions mergers and acquisitions (CM&A) pricing strategies and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop and execute complex financial models and scenario analyses related to potential real estate brokerage conversions mergers and acquisitions (CM&A).
  • Perform valuation and lookback analyses to assess business opportunities leveraging discounted cash flow (DCF) internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value (NPV) methodologies.
  • Provide financial modeling and analytical support for corporate initiatives including pricing strategies and operational improvements.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and strategic modeling to support Finance leadership and executive decisionmaking.

Collaboration & Business Support

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to assess financial impacts and present datadriven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present financial insights reports and models to senior leadership.
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial data to inform key business decisions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and 1 years of management experience preferred.
  • Team player who thrives in dynamic environment with shifting priorities and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves or overseeing work efforts of others.

Hire Range/Rate:

$108000 $121000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level experience industry specific knowledge education/certifications or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
