Salary offered will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected.

The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is seeking askilled and dedicated Assistant Attorney General to join our team. This position focuses on investigating and litigating civil cases related to Medicaid fraud ensuring accountability and enforcing the laws protecting the Medicaid program. As a civil attorney within the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of Medicaid services prosecuting fraud and recovering funds for the State.
The duties and requirements of an Assistant Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit shall include but is not limited to the following:
