- Performs work specified on job card with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Communicates effectively with service advisor so that customers can be informed of additional services or repairs.
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Completes training with career path as designated by management.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
