Role: As the principal staff officer to Dir LEDG coordinate LEDG activity to develop shared situational awareness and identify opportunities for collaboration.
1. Design and deliver LEDG battle rhythm to enable shared situational awareness. 2. Establish the processes that enable cohere and report effective delivery of LEDG outputs. 3. Develop up and out comms approach to deliver understanding of the LEDG and its contribution to training and development outputs. 4. Monitor request and enable G19 support from 2* level into the LEDG in advance of full establishment of 1* HQ 5. Provide Exec support to Dir LEDG on appointment and to AH LEDG in the interim. 6. Focal point for the management of the Groups establishment and workforce.
Demands a manoeuvrist mindset. The LEDG will demand a new way of thinking about Individual development and this post will lead that change journey achieving profound changes for the Army.
Previous staff experience in any field beneficial.
