Job Summary

As a Quick Lube Service Advisor youll be assisting customers and internal staff on the Quick Lube needs of the to the Service Manager you will be responsible for coordinating customer vehicles for servicing ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing departmental profitability. Compensation

  • This position pays a weekly hourly wage and a monthly commission of sales.

Responsibilities

  • Train & Oversee Quick Lube Technicians
  • Work Collaboratively with Service & Sales departments
  • Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
  • Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem
  • Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
  • Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage
  • Use power tools machine tools and common hand tools to perform various tasks

Requirements

  • Ability to identify the problem quickly
  • Clean & valid Drivers License
  • Knowledge of automobiles
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Strong reading computer and mathematics skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive friendly attitude
