What Youll Do:
- Cheque Banking: Process and electronically file copy cheques reconcile cheque logs and handle banking queries
- Reporting: Produce and distribute reports like daily transaction daybooks and monthly financial reports
- Client Disbursements: Review and manage client disbursements sending followup requests to the billing team
- Credit Control: Support the credit control team with collecting outstanding debts and maintaining financial records
- Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings contribute ideas and ensure process documents stay updated
- Adhoc Tasks: Help with any additional projects or administrative tasks as needed
