Senior Project Manager Salary circa 70000
12 months Fixedterm contract
Claims reengineering launched in early 2022 and is an ambitious transformation programme targeted at closing the gap to marketleading performance. It encompasses change across operations process IT data and analytics and stretches across all lines of business.
We are looking for a senior project manager who can go well beyond box ticking and plan management. Someone who has the energy and enthusiasm to work as a key member of our team. You will be accountable for driving success over the full lifecycle of the programme and joining up a variety of endtoend deliveries while keeping an eye on project costs and outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a successful team in the centre of exciting and challenging change develop an indepth knowledge of the claims system and drive real value.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Professional accreditation (e.g. Prince 2 APM PQ) desirable
- Ability to build effective relationships across functions and with senior colleagues and excellent communication skills for structuring and simplifying messages.
- Passionate about delivering change and successful outcomes with strong influencing skills to drive necessary changes.
- Prepared to coach others work well under pressure own challenges and maintain simplicity.
- Demonstrates energy and pace motivating the delivery team and stakeholders across the program.

- Starting salary circa 70000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
