What Youll Do
The Program Supervisor oversees the administration and management of centerbased services in the REACH Adult Transitional Home ensuring highquality care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and cooccurring behavioral health needs. Primary responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff coordination of admissions and transitions and implementation of day programming. The role also ensures compliance with state licensing monitors service documentation and manages claims and revenue collection. The Program Supervisor collaborates with clinical teams families and community partners.
