Failte Foods a top fresh produce supplier in Scotland with 50 years in the game is looking for a motivated Admin Apprentice to join our Glasgow office. If youre ready to dive into the fastpaced world of office work and grow with a leading company this is the opportunity for you!
What Youll Do:
- Be the goto digital support for staff and clients handling orders requests and invoices.
- Become an expert in ISSAC our system for client orders and payments.
- Support teams with client records finance needs and reporting.
- Learn and master Microsoft Office Suite to help with data collection and invoicing.
- Lead new system rollouts and share your expertise with the team.
What Were Looking For:
- Proficient in Office 365 (Excel Word Outlook).
- Great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for learning and growing in admin.
- A positive cando attitude and a love for customer service.

- Salary: 18000 / year
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (no weekends!

Throughout your learning journey you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential they plan your growth in a programmatic way close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion as well as the valuable work experience you have gained you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
