Job Description
Lead and guide the development teams Troubleshoot problems and implement suitable solutions in a timely manner.
Own support tickets fix and respond within defined SLAs per ticket category
Implement Salesforce solutions to solve business challenges improve processes and increase adoption
Collaborate and participate in various technical reviews
Have a customer service mentality approach. Promote a collaborative transparent working environment.
Selfstarter with handson working and understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities like (but not limited to) Objects Roles Fields Customizations Approval processes Validation rules Data loader Workflow rules Process Builder Flows Sandbox Lifecycle Deployments changesets Managed Packages territory management data management data loader communities Lightning LWC AURA APEX VF VF Components Salesforce Knowledgebase & Coding.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects with high attention to detail.
Improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce using your strong business analysis skills.
Improve business productivity efficiency and performance through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.
Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles profiles sharing rules and permission sets.
Regularly perform a Salesforce Health Check and implement fieldlevel security with a least privilege access mindset.
Ensure that Salesforce implementation adheres to corporate security standards complete regular internal system audits and prepare for system upgrades.
Knowledge of troubleshooting Integrations related to SOAP WSDL API HTML CSS etc.
Knowledge of Salesforce Apps Salesforce for Outlook Lightning Sync Einstein Activity Capture Salesforce security products
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Handson experience with configuring and administering the Salesforce instance.
Salesforce certifications (Admin/App Builder/Developer/Sales Service Cloud)
Salesforce data migration Einstein and Slack
Technical familiarity with Oracle CPQ EDW (Datawarehouse) SAP and MuleSoft.
