Starting salary between 25100 to 28500 (depending on hours skills and experience) plus additional benefits
Our standard fulltime contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you so we also offer the option for a 40 hour contract following your Team Leaders approval.
Due to continued growth in this area of the business we have some exciting opportunities available in our Commercial Lines Motor Claims Team where you could be dealing with trucks trailers HGVs agricultural vehicles taxi fleets and many more!
Do you have experience managing relationships with large clients a passion for giving great customer service and a desire for a role where no two days are the same If so wed love to hear from you.
These are permanent roles will involve hours covering our opening times of 8.00am to 6.00pm (Monday Friday)
A bit about the job
Your role will be to support our customers or brokers through the journey of making a motor claim. You may be taking the first report of their claim and creating bookings with our suppliers to get the customer back on the road but will also continue supporting them for the duration of the claim. You could be arranging provision of replacement vehicles paying out vehicle settlements or giving updates on repairs or liability.
You need to work proactively on the claim building strong relationships with brokers and minimising the inconvenience to our customers daily lives. You will need to juggle multiple tasks at pace and utilise a range of digital systems.

Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service i.e. someone who takes pride in producing a high standard of work and putting the customer first
Embrace and supports change matched with the ability to share ideas and suggestions to improve our customers journey
Thrives undertaking digital & online tasks and can demonstrate strong I.T skills with prior experience of using software like Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Starting salarybetween 25100 to 28500 based on a 35 hour weekor pro rata up to 32571 if you prefer a 40 hour week(depending on location skills experienceand qualifications)
