Job Description
Valley Views Rocky Mountain Urology clinic is seeking an energetic fulltime patientfocused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

Responsibilitiesinclude providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager physicians and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred. Reception experience preferred!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Receptionist/clerical experience required
- Patient care background preferred
- Experience in aclinical settinghighly preferred.

SALARY RANGE
- $19.00 $27.75/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
