Job Description
In this pivotal leadership role youll bridge academic excellence with practical healthcare delivery overseeing our innovative nursing program while fostering strong relationships with clinical partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing program including faculty supervision curriculum implementation and program compliance
- Coordinate with clinical partners to develop and maintain robust educational experiences
- Oversee student success initiatives and maintain program quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards
- Direct clinical placement operations and maintain strategic partnerships
- Supervise faculty development and evaluation processes
- Guide curriculum development and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Valid California RN License
- Masters degree or higher in Nursing Education or Administration
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in nursing education
- One year direct patient care experience as an RN
- Proven leadership and program management experience
- Strong proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
- Excellence in team leadership and stakeholder communication
