Job Description
in Altrincham for a Residential Solicitor. The firm is seeking a qualified
Solicitor with at least five years experience handling both residential
and commercial conveyancing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who is looking to build their

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Handling commercial conveyancing transactions (desirable but not
essential)
Advising clients on buying selling and leasing property
Drafting and reviewing contracts agreements and legal documents
Overseeing property transactions from start to finish
Providing highlevel legal support to clients
Requirements:
At least five years experience in residential conveyancing and
commercial conveyancing
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
Knowledge of current property law and regulations
The role offers a competitive salary of around 40000 (dependent on
experience) and is based in a supportive teamoriented environment.
