Job Description


The Resource Manager will be responsible for planning allocating and managing resources to ensure the successful of projects. This role involves coordinating with project managers PPC Production team leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that resources are effectively utilized and projects are delivered on time. The Resource Manager will also be responsible for tracking resource availability skills and performance to optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Planning: Develop and implement resource management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to various projects based on project requirements resource availability and skill sets.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to understand project needs and timelines.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor resource utilization availability and performance. Generate regular reports on resource allocation and usage.
  • Capacity Management: Assess current and future resource needs based on project pipelines and company goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential resourcerelated risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve resource management processes and tools.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
  • Experience: Minimum of 812 years of experience in resource management Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements:
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities ability to work collaboratively and a proactive approach to problemsolving selfmotivated Proactive.
