Job Description

SAU 70 is seeking a dynamic Assistant Business Administrator to support to the Business Administrator and provide direction to the business office and to the administrative support staff of the Hanover NH and Norwich VT public schools.

The Assistant BA is responsible for coordinating budget development monitoring the status of all funds regular financial reporting ensuring efficient and effective business processes and procedures and compliance with all local state and federal financial laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background and is a proactive collaborative and flexible team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive and professional environment.

General Purpose:

The Assistant Business Administrator provides high level managerial support to the Business Administrator and provides direction to business office and administrative support staff in the district. This position is responsible for coordinating budget development monitoring the status of all funds regular financial reporting ensuring efficient and effective business processes and procedures and compliance with all local state and federal financial laws and regulations.
