Quality Technician Summary:
In this position the Quality Technician is the food safety and quality program expert who provides technical support to shift supervisors and also monitors process controls CCPs Sanitation Standard procedures (SSOPs) and packaging and product specifications.
The Quality Technician will conduct hourly production line audits to evaluate and document adherence to food and ingredient product standardsHazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) coordination and corporate and governmental regulatory requirements.
Quality Technician Requirements:
Must have at least one year of QA or QC experience in a food manufacturing plant.
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
