About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a fulltime Machine Operator roles based in Ingersoll ON. We operate on a 2week rotating shift pattern of three shifts which includes morning 7.30am to 3.30pm) afternoon 3.30pm to 11.30pm) and evening 11:30pm to 7:30am) shifts from Monday to Friday with premium pay for afternoon and evening shifts.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will be integral to our manufacturing operations and be primarily responsible for ensuring raw parts are correctly loaded into machines with finished parts meeting quality standards.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating machinery/equipment by loading single or multiple parts
- Maintaining attention to detail on gauging required of completed parts
- Troubleshooting equipment/tooling within scope of responsibility
- Being flexible and open to assignments in other areas as required
- Supporting and training workers in machine specific training
- Ensuring Work In Progress meets all standards
- Performing visual inspection and documenting all quality aspects
- Operating basic computer functions including software and programs
Requirements
To qualify for this role you must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Though no prior experience in the industry or role is required as we provide comprehensive onthejob training you will bring a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

- Demonstrated basic math and spatial skills
- Flexibility in shift work with the ability to adapt to rotating schedules
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency standards in the workplace
- Capability to work effectively in noisy and dusty manufacturing environments

- Ability to undergo a Police Information Check and Criminal Record Review Act Check with full consideration given to all outcomes
