We are looking for a Renewal Manager to join our growing team within the Customer Success organization. In this role you will be responsible for executing all systemsrelated activities for renewals (CPQ Salesforce Order Form processing etc.. You will also interact directly with customers to manage the renewal process and paper process effectively ensuring all renewal communications are sent in a timely manner for a large cohort of customers.
In this role you will also be responsible to:
Negotiate with customers on any potential downgrades upon renewal while forwarding any potential expansion opportunities to the relevant team.
Executing systemsrelated activities associated with the renewals process including CPQ Salesforce and Order Form processing.
Managing customer interactions to ensure a smooth renewal process and effective paper processing.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the efficient and timely processing of renewals.
Collaborating with Customer Success Manager teams to flag and mitigate any risks identified as well as Sales teams for any identified upsells.
Utilizing data to track and report on renewal metrics and progress.
Conducting regular reviews of the renewal process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Assisting business leaders in decisionmaking program management and initiative implementation to maximize customer results.
Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary information is accurately conveyed and understood.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all renewalrelated activities and processes.
You have 35 years prior experience in a Customer Success Renewals or similar role preferably within a high growth company.
You demonstrate proficiency in CPQ Salesforce and order form processing.
You have strong analytical skills and can use datadriven approaches to improve processes.
You are proficient in various project management software (Smartsheet Airtable etc. and can manage projects effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills and can interact with customers confidently and professionally.
Youre someone who teams want to work with positive energetic responsive and helpful.
You have great instincts when it comes to simplifying processes for maximum efficiency.
You know how to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure critical activities are completed on time.
You have an enthusiastic roll up your sleeves mentality and do well under pressure.
