Join our dynamic team as a Lead Data Analyst where you will play a crucial role in analyzing data supporting business intelligence applications and driving data integrity across the organization.
The Lead Data Analyst will analyze data from multiple sources including data lakes internal and external sources and data warehouses. Utilizing your expertise in statistics trend analysis and a suite of other analytical techniques you will unearth examine and pinpoint the critical data necessary to decode behaviors address a variety of organizational challenges and construct compelling business cases. Your work will contribute to fostering a culture of innovation enhancing employee experiences and steering strategic decisionmaking across all organizational levels.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analytics defect with analytics product to creating reproduction steps and actual/expected results to request new production defect product teams for out of SLA issues update target fix defects postfix
- Quantum Metric business program manager. Be the representative for the voice for analytics on QM Center of Excellence andQM Governance QM matter expert for support and platform platform issue identification/escalation/testing/maintenance
- Voice of Customer program insights to business and product triage escalation of issues.
- Responsible for developing sophisticated data analytics models and reports utilizing a range of tools including but not limited to Power BI Power Apps SQL SQL Server SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Snowflake etc.
- Excel in the collection analysis and interpretation of a diverse array of data to discover causal relationships identify trigger points and make informed predictions that will shape strategic HR initiatives and policies.
- Advises business partners regarding patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
- Quantify the significance of data variances and employ a wide spectrum of statistical methods to support sound decisionmaking.
- Create and deliver compelling reports charts tables and other visual aids utilizing your strong capabilities in communication data storytelling and presentation skills to effectively share findings and influence strategic directions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to craft engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex analysis to multiple levels of management up to and including the executive level.
- Act as a thought leader staying ahead of industry trends and best practices conducting experimental analyses and working in concert with internal and external partners to drive forwardlooking insights and innovative solutions.
Work Schedule: This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered

Education:
- Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering Math or Sciences or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Typically requires 58 years of relevant experience.
Supervisory:
- No supervisory responsibilities.
Our Lead Data Analyst earn between $130700 $196100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
