Job Description
We are looking for a charismatic fun and customerfocusedfull time team member to join our Front of House Waiting/Bar team at Racks in Clifton. This is a full time position offering 30 hours per week (usually working 45 shifts per week on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends).

Our team needs to stand out to provide the warmest welcome and ensure each customer leaves wanting to return.

Details of the full time Front of House Bar/Waiting role:
- Based at Racks Bar & Kitchen in Clifton Bristol
- Full time 30 hours per week (usually worked over 45 shifts)
- From 11.0012.25 per hour plus service charge.
- Weekly rotas to include evening and weekend work
- Free meal on duty!
- Due to the nature of the role applicants will need to be at least 18 years old as the roles involve serving alcohol

The interview process:

The interview process will involve a first round telephone interview with a member of the HR team. Applicants who are successful at this stage will then be invited in to a short trial (lasting approximately 23 hours) at the restaurant.
