Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MidLevel CNC Programmer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a CNC Programmer you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for our diverse range of projects. This is a fulltime position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have ample experience in CNC programming and operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 46 years in CNC programming focusing on 3axis machining.
- Proficiency in using Power Mill or similar CAM software for creating CNC programs.
- Strong understanding of Gcode and Mcode programming techniques.
- Handson experience as a CNC Operator capable of setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Ability to optimize CNC programs to enhance productivity and ensure quality output.
- Solid knowledge of material properties and machining parameters for various materials.
- Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and operators.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop test and optimize CNC programs for 3axis machining operations using CAM software.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts as per specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to ensure efficient operation.
- Adapt and adjust programs for various types of materials and machining processes.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine and improve machining processes.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to during machining operations.
- Keep accurate records of machining activities program modifications and outputs for future reference.
