Job Description
My client an industry leader in flexible packaging manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the manufacturing plant in the Barrington IL area.
Maintenance Supervisor Summary:
Develop and lead hourly Maintenance employees in a high performance team environment.
Develop the maintenance team to be capable of performing all electrical controls or mechanical repairs needed for production.
Manage a cost effective preventative maintenance program to assure continues operation of equipment.
Demonstrate a commitment toward safety and quality as supervisor of the maintenance department.
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
Associates degree technical certifications and/or a combination of work experience
Minimum of 4 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing plant
Proven skills in the areas of electrical PLC and computer controlled equipment required
