Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00 pm 6:30 am Sunday Thursday Overtime and Weekend depend on the business needs
Hourly Rate: $18.78/h Shift Differential $1 Stipend $1.50 $21.28
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review plan coordinate and support the daily work of the department with a continuous focus on our ALPS priorities Safety Quality Delivery and Cost.
- Drive daily ALPS Performance Meetings and weekly Improvement Meetings in the dept.
- Run the daily shift startup/handover meetings.
- Participate in projects and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in all aspects of the Problem Resolution Process to help determine the root causes of problems and create sustainable solutions.
- Provide departmental training and work as needed.
- Write and audit SOPs/JIBs as required and drive improvements to the processes.
- Own the warehouse and all inbound/outbound activities with coordination with the production team.
- Manage inventory both onsite and offsite with Cycle/Spot counting documentation management and communication with offsite storage suppliers.
- Perform incoming material inspections.
- Process Return Material Authorization (RMAs) and Material Return Authorization (MRAs).
- Initiate NonConformance Reports (NCRs).
- Investigate claims and support resolution.
- Serve as liaison between the dept. support functions and Team Manager.
- Ability to multitask selfmanage and prioritize to meet deadlines.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
- Physical Requirements (lifting climbing standing equipment use):
- Be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Shall be able to read Safety Data Sheets for the Aerosols coolants etc.
- Environmental Factors (hazardous materials work location work surfaces exposure):
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School or GED minimum.
- Manufacturing Technician I II preferred
- Crane & Forklift certifications nice to have.
- 23 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines equipments jigs fixtures measuring instruments etc.
- Able to read drawings blueprints manufacturing orders etc.
- Intermediate Computer Skills.
