Job Summary
In the Member Service I role the team member will provide exceptional service to credit union members support teams and third parties by addressing investment questions and strengthening financial relationships with Mountain America Credit Union members. Your tasks will include processing Move Money requests checks account management trade management and appointment scheduling. You will ensure compliance with FINRA SEC and Broker Dealer regulations promptly resolve notifications and manage advisor calendars. Additionally you will document interactions in the CRM support investment inquiries collaborate on deposit operations for retirement accounts and assist with paperwork processing. Staying updated on investment products educating callers on processes and fostering positive relationships with branch and service center personnel are essential along with performing any other duties assigned by management.

- Provide exceptional service to credit union members support teams and third parties to address investment questions and strengthen financial relationships with Mountain America Credit Union members.
- Execute various tasks for advisors and members in a timely manner including but not limited to Move Money requests check processing account opening and closing trade management and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with our Broker Dealer to ensure smooth investment operations and compliance with FINRA SEC and Broker Dealer regulations.
- Investigate and resolve notifications promptly adhering to compliance requirements.
- Assist with advisor calendar management and appointment scheduling ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and resolution efforts in the CRM program.
- Provide comprehensive support for investment inquiries demonstrating general understanding in Investment products processes and promotions.
- Collaborate with deposit operations on matters concerning IRAs Trusts POAs RMDs and other retirement documents and accounts.
- Aid advisors in processing paperwork to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Stay updated on Investment products processes and promotions through ongoing training and department updates.
- Educate callers on Mountain America processes and regulations relevant to their requests.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures fostering positive relationships with personnel from branches Service Center and other support teams.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS and ABILITIES

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of related financial experience or enrollment in an accredited business or related college program along with a minimum of 1 year in customer service
Education
An Associates degree in business finance or a related field from an accredited institution or enrollment in an accredited business program with an expected graduation within 18 months from the start date of employment is required. Or 1 year in a related field.
Licenses Certificates Registrations
None required; sponsorship available after 6 months of employment and satisfactory performance.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with CRM programs; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and office equipment as needed. Candidates should also have skills in data entry internet usage and IT troubleshooting.
