Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Communicative English Trainers to help students enhance their English language proficiency. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills a strong command of English grammar and a passion for helping learners improve their fluency pronunciation and confidence.
Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive sessions focusing on spoken English vocabulary building grammar pronunciation and soft skills.
Customized Learning Plans: Design and implement training programs tailored to the students proficiency levels and learning goals.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Interactive Activities: Organize roleplays group discussions presentations and other activities to foster practical communication skills.
Student Support: Guide and motivate students in developing confidence and overcoming language barriers.
Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and growth.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: B.A. / M.A. in English . / . (preferred)
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in teaching or training in Communicative English preferably at the degree or intermediate level.
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with audiovisual and digital tools for language learning.
Ability to connect with students and foster a positive learning environment.
Screening Process:
Demo Session: A sample training session to evaluate teaching style and engagement techniques.
Communication Test: Assessment of fluency pronunciation and articulation.
Interview: Discussion to assess experience training philosophy and suitability for the role.
