Job Description

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a wellregarded firm in
Altrincham for a Commercial Solicitor. The firm is seeking a qualified
Solicitor with at least five years experience handling both residential
and commercial conveyancing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic and

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of both residential and commercial
conveyancing matters
Advising clients on all aspects of residential and commercial property
law
Drafting and negotiating contracts
Overseeing property transactions and completions
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

Requirements:
At least five years experience in residential and commercial
conveyancing
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
Knowledge of relevant property law and regulations
