POSITION SUMMARY
Join Our Team as a Casual Food & Beverage Associate / F&B Services Expert!
Our jobs arent just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Our F&B Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables communicating with the kitchen interacting and serving guests or cleaning work areas and supplies the F&B Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
The Impact Youll Make:In this role you will elevate our guests culinary journey whether in the bar dinner or through room service. You will become wellversed in our menu ready to recommend dishes and answer any guest inquiries. Your goal is to ensure food and drinks are served promptly and with a smile. Empowered to address any issues swiftly you will ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
What Youll Do:
- Master our menu and service standards.
- Maintain high service standards in the bar restaurant and room service.
- Take and recommend food and beverage orders with an eye for upselling.
- Ensure quick efficient and satisfying service for all customers.
- Prepare the restaurant bar and room service areas for each service period.
- Uphold the cleanliness of all Food and Beverage outlets.
Who We Are Looking For: We seek an enthusiastic motivated individual ideally with experience in hospitality or travel and tourism. The ideal candidate is a team player a fast learner adaptable and has exceptional attention to detail interpersonal and communication skills.
