Job Description
Cleaning Operative
- Swan Walk Shopping Centre Horsham RH12 1HQ
- 40 hours per week
- Shift Patterns are on a rolling rota
- 3 weeks early shiftsweeks late shifts 1100:2000 rota to be shared at interview stage)
- must be able to work weekends due to site being open 7 days a week
PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider who work with some of the biggest names in retail entertainment facilities management and more.
Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver onsite cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
- Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.
- Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
- Customer service
- Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
- Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned maintained and stored correctly.
Ideal Candidate:
- Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Polite and professional.
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
- Experience preferred but full training provided.
- Good selfpresentation (uniform provided).
