Job Description

As a Content Creative Manager you will be part of the international marketing team at Chivas Brothers a company within Pernod Ricard. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement local creative materials that align with the global brand strategy and the brands big ideas while ensuring they meet the needs of local markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop local creative assets based on global brand strategy and global big idea / CEP (Consumer Engagement Platform). Those assets can include:
  • Local ATL Campaign (all media);
  • Key digital assets;
  • Strategic Limited editions (i.e. directly related to the Brands big idea) and related assets;
  • Innovation development & launch assets for specific;
  • Note: The global brand team at BrandCo HQ handles the big idea terroirspecific visual assets global sponsorship content global brand pages global app and endofyear innovation.
  • Gather requirements from Marketing Managers (within BrandCo) and local marketers (within Market Co) regarding creative content needs and local consumer insights.
  • Share creative brief guidelines with local marketing teams for other creative assets (e.g.: BTL L3F).
  • Manage relationship with creative agencies and partners (incl. cost control / A&P management): global agency and/or its local affiliate local specialist agencies local contact of global partner or local partners etc.
  • Liaise back with Brand Teams in BrandCo HQ to ensure developments are onbrand and onstrategy.
  • Share content created with Drive market teams and with Marketing Managers.
  • Animate brand marketing community within the cluster to create synergies and increase consistency: content sharing consumer activation best practices.

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing CommunicationsManagement or related field (masters preferred).
  • Strong experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns.
  • Successful creative track record preferably lifestyle or luxury brands.
  • Strong experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders including agencies.
  • Experience working in the drive market culture with strong understanding of wine & spirits category.
  • Strong team player approach collaborative and crossfunctional mindset; handson mentality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English is a must.
