NapletonsArlington Heights ChryslerJeepDodgeRAMdealership is looking for our nextPartTime Cashier/ReceptionistSaturdays. ThePartTime Cashier/Receptionistwill be responsible for handling customer transactions through calculating bills and processing payments. The ideal candidate will be attentive and customerfocused. As a Receptionist this position is key to creating a customer friendly environment. Saturday shift hours will rotate as follows 8am5pm following Saturday 12pm 8pm and third Saturday off (if desired)

Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system.
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers.
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
- Ascertain and record totals ofsales deposits and verify against all cash checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift (add credit card slips to balance to batch totals) (communicating any discrepancies)
- Guarantee all checks in accordance with the company policy.
- Perform any other special duties as requested by the Controller
- Able to have a flexible work schedule including all retail holidays
Job/Education Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Ability to count read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
- Previous dealership experience preferredbut not required
- CDK experience a plusbut not required
