The purpose of this position is to provide ophthalmic technician assistance primarily to the Casey Eye Institute clinics as they see patients providing ancillary screening and testing as necessary. This is a 0 FTE Relief position that provides intermittent Ophthalmic Technician assistance as needed. Hours are not guaranteed.

BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) provider level is required at time of hire.Initial certification is the responsibility of the employee. Renewal certification classes/cost provided by OHSU if job required
COA or COT certification
Flexible work schedule determined by the need of the clinic environment. Travel to other CEI clinics as outlined by manager. Must use public transportation as parking will not be provided. Applicants must be willing to travel between clinic sites by stairs elevator tram shuttle or other means.
