Job Description
Role Infantry soldier part of A Coy a dismounted light Role subunit in Brighton with a platoon location in Eastbourne. 3 PWRR is part of 20X ABCT a war fighting armoured Brigade.
Responsibilities.
- Maintain high levels of motivation physical and mental fitness and robustness.
- Maintain a high standard in tradebased and generic military knowledge and skills building on that taught during Training.
- Operate as an effective team member.
- Ensure deployability by maintaining personal and team weapons vehicles equipment clothing and documentation.
- Demonstrate adherence to the Armys values and standards.
- Apply military skills in the conduct of duties.
- Operate effectively in tactical environments.
B Coy is situated in Brighton with a platoon in Eastbourne. SP will parade work and operate from this location. n receipt of 5 X Factor within salary and HDT. Reserve pension is applicable after 24 months service.
Annual Bounty awarded on achievement of 27 mandatory training days (RSDs). This will require evening and weekend work along with a two course or camp.
