Under the primary supervision of the Clinical Manager and with supervision input from Behavior Therapist the Behavior Therapists (BTs) primary duty is to teach new skills to clients at Crossroads Learning Center. The BT provides instruction to clients through the implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BT is responsible for helping clients achieve their goals and objectives outlined in their Treatment Plan. The BT is also serves as the Case Manager for 1 to 2 clients and is responsible for helping design and modify curriculum learning materials and behavior Responsibilities:Provides onetoone instruction for clients according to program small group instructional programs and behavior management procedures according to client specific management guidelines behavior intervention plan reinforcement system guidelines and/or as directed by the program data behavior data and other daily data as specified in the program or as prescribed by case supervisor. Completes all required forms and endofsession responsibilities (e.g. home logs session notes etc. in a timely and maintains Case Clients programming and learning Case Clients Electronic Behavior Plan as assigned by Clinical Monthly Client Meeting Form per curriculum and material changes within one week of clinics Monthly Client Meetings and supervision client progress and alerts the Clinical Manager of changes in trends or stagnant other Behavior Therapists on Case Clients progress and updates to in the preparation of progress reports and develop biannual Requirements and Necessary Skills:Bachelors degree in Education Behavior Analysis or related field working with children with autism and related disabilities and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis oral and written communication to work in computer skills including Microsoft Word and compassionate hardworking and punctual.
