Job Description
As a crucial team member we seek a skilled Architectural Designer to contribute to our mission of designing and planning innovative and inspiring architectural projects. Collaborating with architects engineers and other professionals will be instrumental in developing design concepts and seeing them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Development: You can develop and refine architectural designs for various projects including residential commercial and industrial buildings ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.
2. Technical Drawing & Documentation: Use CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings blueprints and construction documents.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with architects engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.
4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs provide design solutions and present design proposals.
5. Project Management: Manage project timelines and budgets and ensure completion.
6. Sustainable Design: Incorporate sustainable and green principles into project designs focusing on reducing environmental impact and promoting energy efficiency.
7. Quality Control: Ensure designs meet quality standards building codes and client expectations.
8. Stay Updated: We value your commitment to staying abreast of the latest architectural trends technologies and materials which is crucial for our companys commitment to innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. 13 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
3. Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
4. Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
5. Solid understanding of building codes regulations and construction methods.
6. Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
9. Detailoriented and organized.
10. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Optional):
1. Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
2. Experience in a specific building type (e.g. hospitality residential commercial healthcare).
