Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers.
- Present Comcast products and services (e.g. internet cable phone) to match customers needs.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and followup.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system.
- Stay updated on Comcasts latest products promotions and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Hard Selling or any related Sales roles.
- Skills:
- Strong persuasion negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience in handling customer rejections.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Attitude: Resultsoriented motivated and customerfocused.
