Job Description
Allegro is undergoing a major transformation effort to restructure and merge its 1P (firstparty) business across Poland Czech Republic Slovakia and Hungary. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager to lead this critical initiative drive Commercial Excellence and ensure the successful restructuring of our business.
What will your role entail
- Project Planning & :
- Develop detailed project plans including scope definition task breakdown timelines resource allocation and budget management.
- Execute project tasks and activities ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project progress track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential roadblocks.
- Implement corrective actions to address project challenges and ensure ontime and withinbudget delivery
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Communicate project updates risks and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations to gather input build consensus and drive decisionmaking.
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization within the scope of the transformation project.
- Design and implement new processes and workflows to enhance efficiency productivity and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation training materials and knowledge repositories.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect analyze and interpret data related to the transformation project including performance metrics customer insights and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize project outcomes.
- Change Management:
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives related to the transformation project.
- Communicate effectively with impacted teams and individuals addressing concerns and promoting adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and of training and communication plans.
What do you need to excel in this role
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Statistics or related field.
- Fluent English (C1; Czech Polish or Hungarian would be an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing/coleading largescale transformation programs (within the ecommerce industry is a plus). Experience in leading Transformation projects and/or proven track record in Management Consulting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Jira Asana Microsoft Project) collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence Slack Microsoft Teams) data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and Google Workspace is a plus but not required.
