Job Description
The IT Assistant (Physical Security Systems Specialist) will be responsible for the design configuration and maintenance of the physical security systems at the client in Beirut Lebanon.
Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Unit the IT Assistant (Physical Security Systems Specialist) will perform the following tasks:
* Assist in installation troubleshooting repair and configuration of Access Control System Video Surveillance System Perimeter Intrusion Detection System and other various security related systems
* Assist in installation troubleshooting and configuration of ICT infrastructure equipment including network switches wireless access points cabling patch panels racks etc.
* Coordinate installation maintenance and troubleshooting of structured cabling and associated equipment that support voice and data network
* Coordinate installation of equipment such as raceways trunks and conduit.
* Assist in routine inspections testing and maintenance of ICT infrastructure equipment
* Assist Network Engineers System Administrators and Helpdesk when necessary
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of network and datacenter diagrams and detailed site documentation

* Physical access control door readers video surveillance cameras PIDS sensors mounted and connected
* ICT Infrastructure equipment including LAN switches servers wireless access points mounted and connected
* Structured LAN Cabling wiring closets fiber enclosures patch panels and racks installed
* Technical documentation for assigned tasks/activities

Qualifications :
Qualifications
A High School Diploma with specialization in Electronics or a related area is required.
All candidates must submit a copy of the required educational diploma. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
A minimum of 5 years proven experience building and maintaining integrated physical security technologies such as electronic access control video surveillance motion sensors intruder detection/alarms chipbased pass and ID technologies is required.
English and French are the working languages. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of a second official language is an advantage.
