Crew Members atThis website is not operated by Jersey Mikes Franchise Systems. Jersey Mikes restaurants are independently owned and operated franchise locations. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs which can vary between franchisees. Your application will go directly to the franchisee and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.(dba Jersey Mikes) will be helping with customer needs as they enter and interact in the store. Employees will work the front counter be responsible for customer service making sandwiches interacting with customers and co workers on a continual basis. Crew members will complete other tasks associated with operating a store. The expectation of any employee is to uphold the highest level of all of Jersey Mikes operational standards.

Provide food that meets Jersey Mikes specifications and highquality standards
Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
Maintain a clean store and workplace
Set up of the store including food preparation
Food safety and sanitation including cleaning sweeping mopping etc.
Usage of slicer 18 years old and above only)
Usage of tomato slicer 17 years old and above only)
Follow directives of General Manager in of responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
01 year experience in food service
01 year experience in cash handling
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent of the position performs constant vigorous physical tasks requiring long periods of standing walking stooping reaching and lifting all generally involving moderate muscular strain in addition to seeing hearing and talking. Safely using all store food preparation equipment for long periods with the required application of eye hand and finger dexterity. Must be able to lift and carry up to at least fifty 50 pounds unassisted. Periodic local travel required in normal course of job performance.
