You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBakerHostetler is seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our inhouse Graphics team. The ideal candidate should have a portfolio demonstrating strong creative concepts and eyecatching visuals.
The Designer will conceptualize design and implement solutions for a wide variety of publications digital and multimedia applications and firmbranded presentations for management and client events. The Designer should have proven experience with graphic production best practices for digital and print as well as exhibit skill with typography color and layout principles. The Graphic Designer coordinates with Business Development & Marketing department colleagues firm leadership and attorneys to design pieces that are compelling and have a distinguished yet consistent look within the Firms brand standards.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field; and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Outlook and Excel). Proven aptitude to learn new software applications.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to speak effectively with all levels of clients and professional and support staff. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with partners attorneys clients and staff and to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness diplomacy and professionalism in these interactions. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from all levels of professional and support staff clients regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to interact effectively with attorneys and other key personnel; to manage and exceed expectations; and to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness diplomacy and professionalism in these interactions. Ability to effectively present information in both written and oral formats and respond to questions from all levels of professional and support staff and clients.
