Join Ten10 as a Test Lead
Rate: 425pd (Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: London/Milton Keynes (Hybrid 2 days per week onsite)
Are you a seasoned Test Lead with a proven track record in ensuring robust quality assurance for complex projects At Ten10 were all about delivering exceptional software solutions faster and smarter and were looking for someone like you to lead testing efforts on a highprofile programme.
As a Test Lead youll be responsible for providing a robust testing framework that ensures the quality of project deliverables. Youll work closely with stakeholders to define and implement testing strategies that provide sufficient levels of assurance ensuring business confidence in the final solutions. This role will primarily focus on leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with some involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT).
What Youll Be Doing
- Test Strategy Development: Define the overall test approach for UAT and SIT across endtoend solutions including reports and UI interfaces.
- UAT Leadership: Work closely with business stakeholders to coordinate and lead UAT phases ensuring test scenarios reflect user requirements.
- Data and Report Testing: Design and execute test scenarios that validate data accuracy completeness and consistency in reporting platforms.
- Assurance Processes: Oversee the signoff process for testing programmes valued over 5 million ensuring all deliverables meet the required standards.
- Tool Selection: Identify and implement the right testing tools to align with project needs.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor testing teams ensuring best practices are followed and quality is consistently delivered.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of testing experience including extensive involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and some exposure to System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Strong experience testing in environments involving Oracle and Big Query.
- Handson experience with testing reports and user interface (UI) components.
- Experience with testing programmes of work valued over 5 million.
- Expertise in developing and implementing robust testing methods processes and plans.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall methodologies (more relevant than Agile for this role).
- Technical knowledge and experience in defining test approaches for complex endtoend solutions.
- Experience selecting and implementing testing tools to meet project needs.
