What Youll Be Doing
Youll be joining CIBCs Managed Desktop Banking Centre team. Youll lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to CIBCs enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Sr. Consultant Infrastructure Management youll support endtoend project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. Youll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible innovative solutions that deliver a bestinclass client experience.

How Youll Succeed
- Understanding and Documenting Requirements Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships lead discussions listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Solution Design Build clientfocused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification solution requirements and quality assurance. Work with Service Designers and Architecture teams to provide input into the future state roadmaps and architecture.
- Engineering Ensure the readiness of managed desktop banking center environment for Windows 10/11 SemiAnnual channel updates. Provide level 3 operational support to resolve technology related incidents. Apply concepts best practices and procedures relative to end user technologies and take overall responsibility for the health and wellbeing of the managed desktop banking center environment including proactive reporting troubleshooting and resolving end user impacting issues.
- Leading and Mentoring Support endtoend project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational operational and process problems.
Who You Are
- You can demonstrate experience in supporting CIBCs desktop environments and end user technologies. Possess strong technical expertise and subject matter knowledge in Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11 Azure Windows Analytics Azure Desktop Analytics. Proficient in in Active Directory management including group Policy administration. Highly skilled in scripting with PowerShell and have extensive knowledge of SCCM/Intune. Adept in managing and troubleshooting endpoint devices such as desktop computers laptops and tablets as well as peripherals including swipe devices cheque scanners esignature devices and printers. Deep understanding of CIBC and Managed Desktop Banking Centre environments along with comprehensive knowledge of CIBCrelated processes standards and change management protocols. Experienced in producing highquality technical documentation and delivering effective verbal and written communication including polished presentation skills.

- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science Business and/or a related field and youve spent at least 3 years in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions. Its an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies and Application and/or Architecture Development.
