Job Description
Role:Pharmacist
Location:Concord MA
Contract Duration:13 weeks contract with a possibility of extension
Pay rate:Range from $58.2 to $67.9 (Travel Rate) Range from $53.4 to $62.3 (Local Rate)
Work Schedule:40hrs/week
Shift:8hrs Day Shift

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Active licensed Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or eligible for reciprocity) is required
- Board Certification
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly preferred
- Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency desirable.
- Graduate of an accredited college/university with a B.S. in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. degree is required.
