Are you looking for exciting international projects and want to put your organizational skills to the test Then we should get to know each other!The Market and Business Intelligence department within the HENSOLDT Group is responsible for analyzing the market and business environment. We translate market customer and competitor data into profitable information and provide holistic market insights and forecasts.
To strengthen our Lead Management team we are looking for you as a motivated intern (f/m/d) from August 2025 for a period of 6 months if possible.
You can expect an openminded dynamic environment in which you can contribute and implement your own ideas.
Your Tasks
Collaboration in the lead generation process
Direct communication with customers worldwide via the central email inbox
Structuring specific customer needs via the HENSOLDT website and the central email inbox and integrating the international sales and service organizations
Development of elearning video tutorials for the lead process
Learning content:
Insight into dynamic sales/CRM processes of a rapidly growing global player
Processes and organization in front office / inbound sales
International customer communication in the B2B / B2G environment of security electronics
Methods KPIs and dashboards in the area of lead intelligence and sales planning
Use of tools for video creation and editing
Creation of managementoriented presentations
Your Profile
- Degree in Information Management and Corporate Communications Media Studies Business Administration or similar
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Camtasia Studio and MS Power BI desirable
- Reliable independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Very good knowledge of German and English
