Job Description
What will you do
A day in the life of a Coordinator Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at VF looks a little like this.
As part of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Team you will oversee all distribution and inventory management of all VFs FTZs to ensure compliance of FTZ and Customs and Border Patrol regulations. You will work closely with the distribution centers customs compliance and customs brokers to ensure regulations inventory transactions are accurate and to resolve issues that would cause delays.
You will also have exposure to all VF portfolio break down that dayinthelife a bit more.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of all daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual FTZ forms and reports for CBP and the FTZ ensuring that they are timely complete and accurate.
- Operate the FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping system. Verify inventory transactions; process and verify FTZ related data.
- Track and manage receipts by monitoring inbound shipments; prepare intransit entries (inbond) and or permittotransfers with CBP.
- Coordination with other departments impacted by imports.
- Conduct audits of transactions and processes and make recommendations on improvements.
- Maintain proper record keeping and management reporting (may include weekly financial reports).

$60480.00 USD $75600.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
