Are you ready to make an impactful difference for generations to come Nwestco is seeking highly motivated and skilled Petroleum Equipment Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. Dive into a role where you will play a pivotal role in the successful of our projects ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
This fulltime adventure awaits you in Fort Smith AR
The pay range is $20$22/hr depending on experience and includes benefits. This could be a long term opportunity with room to grow for the right candidate.
Your Mission:
Conduct integrity testing on underground and above ground storage tanks and piping. As well as assisting with fuel polishing tank cleaning and repairs to fuel equipment.
What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior Service Technician experience or a Mechanical Electrical HVAC Plumbing or similar maintenance experience.
Prior experience in petroleum construction installation and heavy equipment is a definite advantage.
Commitment to safety and familiarity with safety requirements.
Strong desire to learn quickly.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent customer service skills and effective communication.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Basic Computer Skills for data entry
Before You Leap:
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
Ability to pass preemployment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb) twisting pulling kneeling and squatting.
Ability to pass preemployment drugscreening and background check. If the position is classified as safetysensitive it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test including screening for as a condition of employment.
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
