Role Overview
As a Solution Architect on our Client Success team you will be a senior technical leader responsible for architecting complex solutions across software data cloud and AI/ML domains. You will serve as the bridge between business vision and technical collaborating closely with engagement leaders client stakeholders and engineering teams to deliverhighimpact technology initiatives that drive business outcomes and support account growth.
This role demands deep technical expertise strong domain knowledge on select industry or business function a strategic mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will define scalable architectures lead engineering strategy and guide crossfunctional teams through implementationall while staying handson enough to inspire technical credibility.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Engineering Leadership
- Design and drive endtoend solution architectures that balance business needs technology capabilities and longterm maintainability.
- Define reference architectures patterns and best practices for software engineering data pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Serve as a technical leader across engagements guiding engineers architects and crossfunctional delivery teams.
- Make build vs. buy recommendations and evaluate thirdparty tools and platforms.
Client Engagement & Strategy
- Act as the senior technical advisor to client stakeholders translating their business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Partner with engagement leaders to shape scope define delivery models and mitigate technical risks while identifying opportunities to expand our value and contribute to account growth.
- Evangelize emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI cloudnative platforms AI/ML) and drive adoption based on real business value.
- Educate both client stakeholders and internal engineering teams on the business value behind technology decisions and architectural choices.
- Articulate architectural vision and complex ideas across a range of audiences from executive stakeholders to handson engineers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uncover adjacent business needs influence followon work and contribute to longterm revenue generation.
Delivery & Excellence
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
- Conduct design reviews code assessments and performance tuning for critical systems.
- Ensure security scalability and reliability are embedded across all implementations.
- Support estimation resourcing and planning to ensure technical feasibility and ontime delivery.
- Create and communicate actionable implementation playbooks to position teams for success and longterm sustainability.
Practice Development & Firm Contribution
- Mentor other team members contributing to a strong engineering culture and talent development.
- Play a leadership role in shaping Elixirrs technology offerings and gotomarket strategy and growth opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Lead or contribute to internal programs such as community forums reusable asset creation innovation labs and GenAI enablement.
- Champion career development by guiding engineers through ambiguous or highstakes situations turning challenges into growth opportunities.
- Lead with a teaching mindset that empowers others to take ownership experiment and develop mastery.
Reporting Structure
- On Engagements: Partners with the Client Success Lead or Head and reports to the Partner on the account to ensure cohesive delivery and strategic alignment.
- Career Growth & Mentorship: Supported by a Partner Coach and senior tech leaders for continuous growth feedback and advocacy.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in software engineering data architecture or cloudnative solution design.
- Proven track record designing and delivering largescale highcomplexity technology systems.
- Experience working across cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) distributed systems microservices APIs and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders up to the Clevel.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with engagement/relationship leaders product owners and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies enterprise architecture frameworks and modern software development lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or enterprise modernization programs.
- Depth in AI/ML systems cloud data platforms or eventdriven architectures.
- Prior consulting experience or similar clientfacing technical leadership roles.
- Experience guiding teams in regulated industries (e.g. financial services healthcare or public sector).
